The upper level (pool level) hosts the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 en suite bedrooms (out of which one master), the staff room (bunk beds) and a guest bathroom opposite the staff room. At the lower level, there are another two spacious suites with a shared balcony, overlooking Ftelia Bay. The outdoor area hosts the Infinity pool, the shaded lounge and dining areas which stretch under the pergola and a built-in BBQ with a food preparation area.
